Silver Star Home Loans began almost a decade ago. It's founder Wayne Collins has 30+ years in finance; and still does the face to face interviews himself, as it's the part of the job he loves most of all. Wayne has a diploma etc; but says it's just a piece of paper - "decades of real life finance experience is what counts...".
We have affiliation with Aggregator 'Choice Aggregation Services'; which assist us to have state of the art up to date technology to make sure we are across the latest breaking home loan products.
We are also a member of AFCA. Hypothetically, should there ever be a complaint (which is yet to ever occur) which can't be resolved amicably, then AFCA can be contacted as a last resort at info@afca.org.au as per our licencing requirements.

After hours appointments are just part of the service.
Any client of Wayne's has ongoing access to Wayne's help throughout the loan term!
This means that if you have any questions, or future needs like a wedding, holiday, changing over the car etc., you can call Wayne and discuss affordability & the best way to structure the finance etc.. It's a long term relationship, not a "the home loan is finished, see you later"relationship.
We can also run you property reports from time to time. Whilst they're never as good as a formal valuation, they can give you an indication of what a property is worth; whether it's yours, or one you're looking to purchase.
