Recently we've been able to save some of our new clients (2 different couples)  almost $10,000 per year in interest payments!

 

Whilst such a large amount isn't common;  reducing the amount of interest clients pay is.  It's better than getting an equivalent pay rise.

 

  • Did you know that Bank's have multiple variable rates (some they advertise more than others)?  We'll open up access to the bank's full range of interest rates & how you can best make them work to your advantage. Our software is updated numerous times per day.

  • How can I get my home loan to reduce quicker? There are a number of options/ways we can achieve this; and we're happy to share this info (Educating our clients enables them to make better decisions - and we enjoy doing it).  Most methods involve additional payments on a regular basis - but it may not require as much as you think.

  • Should I go fixed or variable? Depends on your circumstances,  but you dont necesaarily need to choose one or the other.  We can also the possibility of a  'hybrid';  with some of your loan on variable and another portion on fixed - the best of both worlds in some cases....

  • If I'm a first home buyer, do i get any First Home Owners Grant from the government?  This changes from time to time;  so we suggest you drop us an email, or even sms Wayne, and he can give you the latest update.  For our clients we lodge the FHOG on your behalf via the lender of your choosing.  Remember, you're never alone in the process when you're a Silver Star client - that's why our existing clients refer people to us.

I want to stay with the same lender, but negotiate a better % rate.  Can Silver Star do the negotiations for me?

Yes we can, if you're an existing client (the Bank then has authorisation to discuss it with us); or once you've become a client, we can then do the negotiations on your behalf.

I have multiple properties, and am self employed. My situation is a bit more complex....
